I was totally prepared to drop 500 on a new garage door opener and tune up. Without being prompted I was asked why are you replacing this system. I was educated on what was needed and my system was not replaced just given a solid tune up. The door works like new and it only cost me 200 dollars. Very impressed.read more

Outstanding customer service. Just had a new garage door installed. Salesman was outstanding and thoroughly answered my questions. The technician (Tony Vega) who installed the door was excellent and went over all aspects of the installation and operation of the door. I recently had a new double garage door installed. The old one was still operable but I wanted insulated and a new look. I could have gotten a less expensive one but you get what you pay for. The office staff was very nice and very helpful. The installer, Tony Vega, was the best technician I have ever had come to my house. Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. He took his time to make sure that the door was securely installed and explained everything. He was great! Very happy with my new door. I would recommend OVERHEAD to everyone.read more

When the other company didn’t call me back to schedule an appointment I called Overhead Door Co. The lady I scheduled with was very personable and helpful. 20 minutes after I hung up the phone I had a same day visit from Hobie who gave me an estimate and scheduled the installation date. 4 days later as promised, Tony arrived on time (who knew?) and he did a great job replacing my old pivot style garage door. He answered all my questions with grace, humor, and patience. I highly recommend Overhead Doors! These people get sh** done!!read more

Tony V was my installer and he did an excellent job. We had to replace an old pivot style door from the 50s. The install was done quickly and correctly, even considering he had to construct a frame due to our block wall construction. He was very personable and answered any question I had.I would highly recommend Overhead Door for garage doors.read more

Recently had to replace one of my garage doors. The work was done by Tony Vega and was done in such a manner that the result exceeded my expectations. He got to my home a bit earlier than originally scheduled and finished the job ahead of when he had anticipated. He cleaned up all debris and cardboard, explained the operation, and had me look at both the inside and outside of the door to make sure it met my expectations. He also showed me the panels before he installed them to be sure we were all on the same page, He removed all of the old panels and parts. From now on, when I need service, I will call Overhead Door and hope that Tony Vega is available for the work I need done.read more

Wednesday May 9th, our garage door frame pulled away from the wall on one side. This happened at 630am. Cables were hanging pulleys fell to the floor, what a mess. I called OHD at 650am, was told a technician would be here between 8am and noon. Was stressing out as I had to be at work at noon. Looking at the mess in my garage I figured this would be an all day and very expensive job. The technician Patrick, called at 715am said he would be here in 45 minutes. He arrived at 755pm. Took a look at the mess and assured me he had seen worse. He said “I’ll have you ready to go in about 20 minutes”. I said no way. He finished the job and was driving away by 825am. That included the 5 minutes it took to do the paperwork. He finished in 20 minutes!! Unbelievable!! He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not only did he make the nessesary repairs but also did some preventative maintenance to make sure this didn’t happen again. Patrick is an asset to your company. I highly recommend Overhead Door.read more

I called Overhead door for a garage door problem I was having. Appointment was set promptly, guys were here at the appointed time. They provided a decent service, but didn’t fix it entirely correct the 1st go around. I called to voice my disappointment to management. In speaking with a manager he told me that he wanted to make it right. He scheduled an appointment for me the following day with Justin. The service provided by Justin was excellent, he fixed it correctly, and management extended me a discount for my troubles. I appreciate their willingness to make it right, and I give them 4 stars for making the correct repairs. My garage door is working perfectly.read more

My father of 89 years had Overhead Door install a new door over 6 years ago. There had been an intermittent problem with the garage door opener. I made an appointment to have a tech diagnose the problem and he found an issue due to the original installation . He corrected the problem and then went even further to “fine tune” the whole operation. Very professional tech and reported to the office manager the situation. After a brief discussion , the decision to completely warranty the repairs and maintenance, even though it was not in the warranty period, was given. Bravo , my Dad was very impressed how beautiful and quiet his door operates now than ever! Thank you very much for having a professional and good business ethics, really hard to find that, and dealing with a senior citizen on a compassionate and professional way! 2-21-17: Had called Precision, who I had worked with before. As before, I got the upsell (and some attitude) when all that was needed, according to Overhead Door Company was a replacement of my springs. Spent $280 versus well over $700 as quoted by Precision. So kudos to Overhead Door for just telling it like it was. The tech even offered to help me program my vehicle’s on-board garage door opener. I’m sure Precision is competent, but I think I would certainly trust and recommend Overhad much more based on this experience.read more
